We have a sound infrastructural base that is well equipped with high technology machines and equipments. To develop new products and improve the existing quality of the products, we have a well-furnished R & D unit. We have installed high-end screening and blending equipments that ensure the uniform particle size and distribution. Various atomization mediums are also used to assure minimal surface oxidation and required particle shape.

Equipped with state-of-art furnaces for Melting, Sintering, Reduction & Annealing, we have specialized plant & machinery for manufacturing of various metal powders. We have separate facilities for different metal powders, which gives us an overall capacity of 2400MT of Metal Powders per annum.

Our R&D team works closely with the requirement of customers to develop the customized product, which suits their applications. From Raw materials to final products, all aspects pass through a well-defined Quality Assurance System, which ensures that the output conforms to the set quality standards and to meet customer’s satisfaction.
We have one of the finest logistic management, which keep track of the every movement of our material either it is raw material or finished product. It helps us to fulfill our commitments on time.
